Secure the adjustable heel strap to your foot and clip the resistance band to it.

The Home Hamstring Exerciser comprises of a STANDING BOARD, HEEL STRAP and 5 different strength RESISTANCE BANDS. Slowly work your way through to the hardest.

If you manage to get through Band 5, you can add Band 1 to it and work them together.
The heel strap is very easy to put on. Open the Velcro strap – making sure the steel ring doesn’t slide off. If the triangle drops off it is okay as you can put that back on afterwards.
Place your heel onto the pouch of the heel strap and tighten the Velcro straps across the top of your foot. It can be as tight or loose as you feel comfortable – so long as it doesn’t fall off.
Slide the steel ring to the middle of the Velcro strap (at the top of your foot) so the resistance band can be easily clipped onto the steel triangle.

Returns
We hope you love your Home Hamstring Exerciser, but if you change your mind, you can notify us that you wish to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
You then have a further 14 days to return the product.
Products should be returned complete and, where possible, in their original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Safety
Please read the instructions supplied with your Home Hamstring Exerciser before use.
Always check the platform, resistance bands, ankle strap and attachment points before exercising. Do not use any component showing signs of damage, excessive wear or deterioration.
Use the product on a flat, stable and non-slip surface and ensure the resistance band is securely attached before beginning each exercise.
Start with an appropriate resistance and perform each movement slowly and under control.
Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness or unusual discomfort.
If you are recovering from an injury or surgery or have a medical condition that may affect your ability to exercise safely, seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional before use.
Keep resistance bands and other components away from young children.
